Theme: Fall/Thanksgiving

Cake auction pack meeting 

We will have 4 separate stations for the scouts to partake in.  

• Cake walk (Scout must bring a cake as an entry to join the game) 
• Ornament making for Rutland’s Festival of trees 
• Gingerbread house making for Rutland’s festival of trees 
• Fishing 

This year’s cake auction will be managed differently than in years past. We will combine the fun of musical chairs with winning a cake.  

• Each Scout will make a cake (with adult help) at home. The theme for the cakes this year is “Fall”.  
• The cake will be their entry ticket for the cake walk 
• Each cake will be be used as a prize for the cake walk so please include ingredients for those that may have allergies. 

Cake walk:  

1. Scouts will walk around in a large circle to music and when the music stops, they must stand on one of the numbers on the floor. One scout per space. 
2. Leader will randomly pull a number and whoever is standing on that number wins the round. 
3. That Scout will have then win the corresponding cake.  
4. Once a scout wins they will be asked to move onto the other activities so that all Scouts who brought a cake will be able to have a fair chance at getting a cake to take home.  
5. This will continue until all cakes are claimed.

Where: St. Patrick Parish basement. (9 Pommogussett Road)

Who: All Pack family members. Everyone who wishes to enjoy some fall fun. Please let us know how many cakes your family is bringing in total when you RSVP.
