On Sunday, December 2nd 2018, members of our armed forced were deployed following a short deployment ceremony. At this ceremony, our scouts presented all the men and women with a small folded American “Pocket Flag” as part of Project Pocket Flag. One of the men being deployed is none other than Ed Novak, a past committee chair of Pack 141 and father of a current scout in Troop 141. These flags are the perfect size to be carried in a pocket of those that have been deployed. We would like to thank these men and women for their service as well as their families.
