Pack 141’s fundraising efforts are how our Pack can afford do all the fun activities without putting a financial strain on our Pack families. Pitching in on fundraisers is expected from all of our pack families. In addition to spreading out the workload, this team effort fosters a community spirit. Fundraising also teaches our kids the value of a little hard work. Several of our fundraisers are a lot of fun and bring joy to the residents of Rutland. Check out some of our annual fundraising efforts below.
Pack 141 Food Truck

We are selling burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, and chili at the Milk Room on selected dates. We need volunteers to help cook, package the meals, and take orders. Here are the dates that are currently available, but we may add more:
- Saturday 9/15/2023 Concert on the Common (closed)
- Friday 10/13/202 PTO 5K & Fun Run (click here to sign up for a time slot)
Please sign up for what you can. There are limited slots available, so sign-ups will be on a ‘first come / first served’ basis. Given the nature of this activity, we cannot have children helping; however, they can certainly come and play at the farm.
50% of our profits will go back to the scouts via Scout Bucks (apportioned based on the number of hours you volunteer). The remaining 50% will go to the Pack.
Popcorn Sales

Each Fall our Council runs a popcorn fundraiser from which 70% of all sales goes back to scouting. Our pack takes this a step further and awards 10% of a child’s individual popcorn sales back to the child in the form of Scoutbucks. This is on top of all the awesome swag a kid can earn from council.
2021 – 2022 Pack 141 incentive
Popcorn will work the same as last year, except 100% percent of our profits (45% of your scout’s sales) will be returned to you in Scout Bucks. All the information is available on our Council’s webpage: https://hnebsa.org/support/popcorn/

We have limited quantities of popcorn available for a Show ‘n Sell. If you or your den would like to arrange a storefront sale, you can check out whatever product we have available and return any unsold items.
NOTE: All non-online popcorn orders are due to me by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 29th @ 11:59 pm, so that I can place our final order with Trails End; however, you can keep selling online through the end of the year, and Trails End will ship the products directly to your customers.

Fall Fest

Our annual Fall Fundraiser is a great way for our Pack to serve the community by offering Fall decorations at a reasonable price. Our boys and girls take an active role in working the field to prepare corn stalks, load pumpkins and hay bales. A big thanks to all the local farmers that donate to make this possible.
