On this day, 18 years ago, one of the greatest tragedies in American history took place. Thousands upon thousands of helpless men, women, and children lost their lives.
To those who lost someone that day, I am sorry. The pain you must feel every single day cannot be explained. We are all here for you. We stand by you. We will continue to remember with you.
Never will we forget that day. Many people can still vividly remember where they were and what they were doing the moment they heard the news. Today, I implore you to take a moment to stop and remember.
Hug your family and tell them you love them. Honor the memory of those who are lost by holding on to that which is most dear. Love can beat hate, so today, let’s flood the world with love.
